- Have one or two hostesses pass them out as guests arrive. Anyone who is not actively participating in the ceremony can pass them out.
- Place the wedding programs in an attractive basket so that guests may take one upon arrival. (the programs could also be placed in the basket to keep them neat as hostesses are passing them out)
- Place a program on each seat at the ceremony.
